Ronald Dean Coleman, popularly known as Ronnie Coleman was born on May 13, 1964 in Monroe, Louisiana in the United States of America. The 5 feet 11 inches tall bodybuilder now lives in Arlington, Texas in the United States.
Ronnie did his graduation from the Grambling State College in Louisiana. He holds a degree in accounting. Ronnie is employed as a police officer by the Texas police department and has been working there since 1989.
Ronnie was first spotted and introduced to the world of bodybuilding by the owner of Metro Flex Gym in Arlington, Brian Dobson. Ronnie Coleman first competed in a bodybuilding competition at the Mr. Texas in April 1990.

Apart from that, Ronnie Coleman is the proud owner of the record for highest number of titles as an IFBB professional, the total numbering a staggering 25 wins.
Coleman trains six days in a week and his diet mainly consists of lean meat, lots of carbohydrates in the form of rice and potatoes. The diet is evenly spread over six meals in a day.
Nearing a competition, Ronnie changes his workout regimen as well as the diet program. While the cardiovascular workout increases, the diet is shed off extra carbohydrates and fats.
